ASF now offers in-school workshopsASF SchoolFest preparation workshop
A team of actors will visit your school with a one hour workshop (limited to 35 students) which will prepare students for an ASF SchoolFest production of Julius Caesar or one of our Civil War plays. These workshops actively involve students in learning activities introducing them to the exciting world of drama. Fee $200.

A team of teaching artists will come to your school with any one of the following programs:
Shakespeare: Bringing the Bard to Life - A 45-minute performance of Shakespeare scenes built around a theme followed by a discussion and one-hour workshop exploring language, plot and character.

Classics in the Classroom - A 45-minute performance of great works of literature including
Shakespeare (titles TBA) followed by a discussion and one-hour workshop.

Backstage Magic - Examining the elements of theatre including make-up, costume and set design.
(limited to 40 students)
Fee $200
Acting for Everyone - Acting exercises and improvisational activities allow students to explore their creativity and learn the acting basics.

Actor in the classroom - professional ASF Acting Company Member will visit your classroom to discuss "the profession". Students may ask questions and find out "the real story" of acting in today's world of entertainment.
